Future Talent - CSO Trainee
Job Summary
Develop competences/skills to become Maintenance Engineer by conducting basic maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of customer equipment.
What you will do
• Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities, including on‑the‑job training when required
• Request spare parts and place orders in accordance with maintenance processes and technical recommendations
• Develop skills to monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality
• Support production operators during operations to ensure the production line runs efficiently and without disruption
• Participate in equipment installation activities, including on‑the‑job training when required
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy working environment around machines and production areas
• Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture within the team
We believe you have
- Limited or no experience in hands on technical work
- Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
