What you’ll do

  • Grow and expand new structural channel (MRO, pharma etc) business for DuPont PPE, building long-term partnerships and uncovering new opportunities within key accounts.
  • Own annual growth and profitability targets through strategic channel management within PPE organizations.
  • Partner with territory sales and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned to biz needs.
  • Explore scalable, sustainable growth models for the new structural (MRO, pharma industry) channel, including new coverage approaches and go-to-market motions.
  • Deliver product, application, and commercial training to enable business development.
  • Design, implement and track the campaign result with new structural channels.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of sales/marketing/BD experience in PPE (or closely related industrial safety categories) or related industries; 2–3 years in channel/MRO management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Material Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred).
  • Strong capability in independent channel selling and end-user engagement; data-driven account planning and analysis skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions/business units and mobilize resources to win.
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
