Industrials industries include aerospace and defense; automotive; building and construction; business services; capital goods; diversified industrials; industrial technology; transportation and infrastructure; and paper, forest products and packaging.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our Industrials coverage team. Vice Presidents play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, leading deal teams, and executing a broad range of financial transactions. This position offers meaningful responsibility across advisory, structuring, and execution work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Lead and manage advisory teams, including analysts and associates
- Structure and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Execute equity and debt financing transactions
- Drive high-quality execution across all phases of transactions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years minimum of investment banking or equivalent experience
- Sector expertise in Industrials is preferred
- Proven experience executing M&A and financing transactions
- Strong track record in an investment banking advisory role
- At least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associate
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
