GBS People Services Associate (f/m/div.)

As a People Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR data throughout the entire employee lifecycle for the Italian organization.

Working in an international Shared Services environment, you will combine HR administrative responsibilities with employee support, acting as a trusted point of contact for Italian-speaking associates while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Manage and maintain employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Support organizational management activities, including organizational units and position management;
  • Perform HR administrative tasks in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
  • Respond to employee inquiries through HR support channels, ensuring a customer-focused and timely service;
  • Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and system testing activities;
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders in an international environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Initial experience in HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Customer Support, or a similar administrative role is an advantage.

Know-how:

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and HR information systems is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Good digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Languages:

  • Italian – Native or fluent (mandatory);
  • English – Good communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory);
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
