GCIB COO – Business Support Analyst

Job Description:

Role Summary

  • Deliver day-to-day operational support across Global Markets and GCIB trading floors
  • Serve as central coordination point across business, technology, telecom, and control partners
  • Support all employee levels while maintaining alignment with senior management priorities

General Operations

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding, including access, hardware, software, and voice setup
  • Maintain seating plans and workforce tracking (including RIF logs)
  • Manage telecom requests across NSR and myTechnology processes
  • Coordinate technology and telecom needs across the floor
  • Enforce trading floor standards and etiquette
  • Approve after-hours work on Global Markets floors

Business Management & Governance

  • Submit and manage Market Data requests
  • Approve Direct Line requests
  • Provide guidance on bank policies, procedures, and practices
  • Serve as liaison across HR, Legal, Compliance, Supervision, and Corporate Security
  • Support campus recruiting efforts including interns and campus hires
  • Partner with senior management on day-to-day business needs
  • Ensure alignment with supervision and compliance requirements

Infrastructure & Floor Management

  • Partner with technology and telecom to resolve issues and maintain trading floor stability
  • Ensure Day One access readiness for new hires and transfers
  • Coordinate floor moves and seating changes across trading environments
  • Manage hardware allocation and requests
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation for move activity
  • Support space and capacity management across Global Markets and Capital Markets floors

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$38.46 - $40.87 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
