The role focuses on designing scalable AI frameworks, reusable RAG/agent architectures, and cloud<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>native solutions that accelerate enterprise<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>wide AI adoption.   • Design and deliver <\/span>production<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>grade AI<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>enabled applications <\/span>using modern full<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>stack and cloud<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>native architectures.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build reusable <\/span>AI frameworks, reference architectures, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and document processing systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Integrate AI into enterprise systems with strong engineering practices\u2014clean code, automation, observability<\/span>, reliability<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Apply GenAI patterns including <\/span>RAG, prompt orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and guardrails.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop <\/span>model<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>agnostic solutions <\/span>resilient to rapidly evolving AI ecosystem changes.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Simplify complex AI implementations into <\/span>repeatable, scalable patterns <\/span>for wider organizational adoption.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Mentor engineering teams, lead architecture/design reviews, and enable AI<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>first delivery across projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Own and enforce <\/span>DevOps best practices\u2014CI/CD, automated testing, telemetry, monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with product, cloud, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver milestones.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Proven experience delivering <\/span>AI/GenAI applications in production <\/span>(not just POCs).<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Expertise <\/span>in <\/span>RAG, LLM integration/orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong foundation <\/span>in <\/span>system design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, security, and observability.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>on <\/span>proficiency <\/span>in <\/span>Java and/or Python <\/span>with modern backend frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
