We are looking for an experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span>GenAI Technical Lead<\/span><\/span><\/span> with a proven track record of delivering <\/span><\/span><\/span>production\-grade Generative AI solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span> for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end\-to\-end GenAI solutions, with mandatory exposure to <\/span><\/span><\/span>Databricks<\/span><\/span><\/span> and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Azure<\/span><\/span><\/span> environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Design, develop, and deploy end\-to\-end Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
- Architect and implement <\/span><\/span><\/span>Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG)<\/span><\/span><\/span> pipelines. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
  - Lead complete GenAI POC development, including solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved LLM performance. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Develop and orchestrate Large Language Model (LLM) workflows and agent\-based AI systems. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Build scalable backend services and APIs using <\/span><\/span><\/span>Python<\/span><\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>FastAPI<\/span><\/span><\/span>, or <\/span><\/span><\/span>Flask<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Integrate GenAI applications with enterprise platforms, databases, and business systems. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Deploy and manage applications on <\/span><\/span><\/span>Microsoft Azure<\/span><\/span><\/span>, including Web Apps, Function Apps, and Virtual Machines. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Work with <\/span><\/span><\/span>Databricks<\/span><\/span><\/span> for data engineering pipelines, model workflows, and AI solution integration. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross\-functional teams to deliver AI\-driven solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) <\/span><\/span><\/span>
