General Assembler

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a General Assembler, you will be on your feet for most of the day, performing hands-on tasks to help produce our bows and/or light our fabricated products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist in other areas as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
