General Education and Training Specialist

The primary purpose of this position is to perform the full range of conventional duties relating to a variety of education services programs, and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training & development plan.
Performs a variety of tasks selected by the supervisor or experienced employee who serves as training monitor, which will provide a practical understanding of the organization's programs, policies, and objectives. Interviews personnel and secures personal and academic histories through interviews. Identifies personnel with basic skill deficiencies through interviews and standardized testing programs. Arranges administration of tests. Assists in development of educational surveys and reports to determine new program requirements.
