General Foreman

We are looking for a skilled and motivated General Foreman to lead and coordinate tool installation activities on semiconductor construction projects. This role is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout the install process.

  • Direct and supervise tool install crews and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure daily work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Superintendent and other trades to maintain schedule alignment and resolve field conflicts.
  • Monitor progress and provide input on labor and material needs.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of manpower, work performed, and field conditions.
  • Assist in layout, sequencing, and execution of tool install tasks.
  • Support QA/QC efforts and ensure adherence to cleanroom and semiconductor standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and site leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor tool install or related construction leadership.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and facility systems (e.g., process piping, electrical, exhaust, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and tool install documentation.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (email, reporting tools, mobile apps).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in active fabs or high-tech environments.
  • Knowledge of specific tool types and OEM requirements.
  • Prior work with general contractors or specialty contractors in semiconductor projects.
