GENERAL INSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

As an Insurance Administrative Assistant / Executive, you will prepare, review, and issue insurance policy documents and endorsements while ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and filing.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up promptly with clients on motor insurance enquiries to provide timely responses
  • Manage policy renewals by coordinating with clients and updating records accordingly
  • Update and maintain the customer database accurately to ensure data integrity
  • Prepare motor insurance quotations and issue policies efficiently to meet client needs
  • Process insurance policies and related documentation to ensure compliance and completeness
  • Provide administrative support including filing, printing, and managing emails to maintain smooth office operations

Other Information

  • Working Location: 6 minutes’ walk from Somerset MRT Station
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
