Position: General Labor Technician

Location: Centerville, Utah

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a General Labor Technician, you’ll support our In-House Tradesman team in rebuilding and restoring homes and businesses. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training, offering the opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow into a career in the trades. We’re looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Assist skilled trades team members with carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring projects
• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, site setup, and cleanup
• Support basic installation and repair work under supervision
• Help prepare surfaces for painting and finishing
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly care for tools and equipment
• Work safely and respectfully in homes and commercial spaces
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
  

Job Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Dedication to customer service and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, all seasons).
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided).
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
