This position supports daily operations through routine maintenance, minor repairs, and timely response to maintenance needs.

You will:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
• Apply and develop technical skills in electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning systems

What You Will Do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and upkeep of walls, floors, and fixtures
• Carry out basic electrical tasks, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and addressing minor electrical issues
• Perform basic plumbing work, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining faucets, toilets, and pipes
• Inspect equipment and machinery, perform minor repairs, and report major issues to the supervisor
• Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, waste removal, and general upkeep
• Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are stored safely and properly
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and record completed work
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or facility concerns
• Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment

All You Will Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent skill certifications

Experience

• Previous experience in general maintenance, custodial work, or handyman services is an advantage
• Experience or exposure in at least one of the following areas is preferred:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Air Conditioning (AC) systems

Skills and Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or AC systems
• Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning are considered an asset
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and manual labor

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work conditions
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, movement, and use of tools
