A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a General Manager Delivery Practice. This role will report to the Executive General Manager SEO Customer and Products.
A bit about your role
As the General Manager Delivery Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving how technology delivery is executed across nbn. You will lead the design and embedding of a consistent, scalable and outcome-focused delivery system that enables faster, safer and more predictable delivery outcomes. This includes defining the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, establishing clear ways of working, and aligning tooling and controls to support diverse delivery needs across the enterprise.
You will bring clarity and cohesion to a complex environment, ensuring delivery is underpinned by strong governance, architecture and operational alignment. By uplifting capability, you will foster modern, collaborative practices and champion the adoption of best-in-class tooling, including AI-assisted approaches. Your leadership will help reduce friction, improve flow and enable reliable delivery at scale, supporting nbn’s broader transformation journey.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will bring extensive experience in technology or telco delivery environments, with a strong understanding of network or enterprise delivery landscapes. You are an effective communicator who builds trust and alignment, confidently influencing at all levels, including presenting to ExCo, and bringing people together around a shared vision for change.
You thrive in shaping and leading change, with a proven ability to drive and embed large-scale transformation programs within complex organisations and large enterprises. Your collaborative and considered approach enables you to bring people on the journey, creating clarity, momentum and shared ownership to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.
