Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations by implementing policies that enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve growth objectives and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing expenses to ensure profitability
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to build a motivated and high-performing team
  • Resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to mitigate risks and uphold standards
