Responsibilities
Lead daily operations by implementing policies that enhance efficiency and productivity
Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve growth objectives and capitalize on market
opportunities
Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing expenses to ensure
profitability
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to build a motivated and high-performing team
Resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to mitigate risks and uphold standards
