NSDC is operating specialized\n skill centers focused on high\-growth sectors including Media &\n Entertainment (AVGC\-XR), Aviation and Future Skill Center. These centers are\n envisioned as industry\-aligned hubs for skilling, employability, and\n workforce development.<\/span>

The role will provide strategic leadership and overall governance\n of multiple centers, driving large\-scale impact through operational\n excellence, industry partnerships, revenue growth, and ecosystem development.\n The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, and the\n ability to scale sustainable, high\-impact skilling models.<\/span>

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth<\/span><\/b>

  • Define\n and drive the long\-term vision, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap\n for skill centers.<\/span>

  • Lead\n multi\-center operations with accountability for business performance,\n scalability, and sustainability.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify\n new growth opportunities including emerging sectors, geographies, and\n strategic initiatives.<\/span>

  • Drive\n innovation in skilling models aligned with industry and future workforce\n needs.<\/span>

    2. Centre Operations & Performance Management<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Provide\n overall oversight of center operations, ensuring standardization,\n quality, and efficiency across locations.<\/span>

    • Establish\n KPIs and monitor performance across enrolment, placements, revenue, and\n learner outcomes.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Drive\n operational excellence through governance frameworks, audits, and\n continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span>

      3. Industry Partnerships & Ecosystem Development<\/span><\/b>

      • Build\n and nurture strategic relationships with corporates, industry bodies,\n global partners, and government stakeholders.<\/span>

      • Lead\n large\-scale partnerships for placements, apprenticeships,\n certifications, and co\-branded academies.<\/span>

      • Position\n NSDC skill centers as preferred talent hubs for industry hiring needs.<\/span>

        4. Revenue & Commercial Strategy<\/span><\/b>

        • Own\n revenue targets and profitability across centers.<\/span>

        • Drive\n diversified revenue streams including B2B training, government projects,\n CSR funding, and international collaborations.<\/span>

        • Oversee\n financial planning, budgeting, and resource optimization.<\/span>

          5. Student Mobilization, Branding & Outreach<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Guide\n large\-scale student acquisition strategies through both traditional and\n digital channels.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strengthen\n brand positioning of centers as premium skill institutions.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Expand\n national\-level outreach campaigns, institutional tie\-ups, and strategic\n collaborations.<\/span>

            6. Program Development & Innovation<\/span><\/b>

            • Identify\n emerging skill demands and lead new program development aligned with\n market trends.<\/span>

            • Promote\n innovation in curriculum, delivery models, and technology integration.<\/span>

              • Engage\n with Ministries, Sector Skill Councils, international agencies, and key\n ecosystem stakeholders.<\/span>
