POSITION SUMMARY

As one of the leading online fashion brands, Princess Polly Retail Stores are nothing short of exhilarating! We create world-class in store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships. We are looking for a General Manager to lead a passionate, skilled and innovative team that is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-volume, high-energy store, driving sales performance and delivering on key metrics including conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll, and customer experience.
  • Build, coach, and develop a team of leaders and associates, creating a culture that is inclusive, accountable, and aligned with the Princess Polly brand.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while providing ongoing feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.
  • Analyze business trends and performance data to identify opportunities, create action plans, and consistently achieve store goals.
  • Oversee all operational functions including inventory management, stock flow, RFID processes, cash handling, loss prevention, compliance, and labor management.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards, floor presentation, and product execution are consistently inspiring, customer-ready, and brand aligned.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Home Office teams to bring campaigns, initiatives, and activations to life while continuously improving the business.
  • Who You Are

  • An experienced retail leader with 3+ years of management experience leading teams of 5+ employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A people-first leader who knows how to inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable while creating a positive and engaging culture.
  • Results-driven, with a proven ability to drive sales, improve KPIs, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities and solving problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Someone who takes ownership and initiative—when challenges arise, you lean in, identify solutions, and drive results.
  • A collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and influences others through trust and partnership.
  • Experienced with retail technology and operational systems, including Shopify POS (preferred), RFID inventory management, Microsoft Office, and HRIS/payroll platforms such as ADP or Rippling.
