Key Responsibilities
- Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
- Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
- Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
- Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
- Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
- Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Compensation Range:
The pay for this position is $27.13 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
