Salary: Up to $3,500 + AWS + bonus
Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Working Hours
• Day Shift: 7.30am – 5.00pm (Mon–Fri)
• Night Shift: 7.30pm – 5.00am (Mon–Fri)
• Rotating shifts every 2 weeks
• Night Shift Allowance: $14/night

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blending and polishing on metal and coated surfaces
• Carry out manual drilling for cooling hole re-opening processes
• Operate testing equipment such as airflow, waterflow, and moment weighing systems
• Operate specialised machinery including robotic polishers, shot peening, and cold spray equipment
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, production targets, and workplace housekeeping standards are met
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Support operational activities and other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of experience using pneumatic and powered hand tools
• Able to work rotating shifts
