<\/div>\u2022\tGood knowledge of ArcGIS and MicroStation.<\/b>

<\/div>\u2022\tAble to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities working in a fast\-paced environment, being a proactive team player, and always
maintaining a professional image.

<\/div>\u2022\tAct as the single point of contact for the respective function to deliver Technical and operational support and solutions.
<\/div>\u2022\tAct as a single referral point for the respective function to Frontline services for all ArcGIS and MicroStation requests and solutions.
<\/div>\u2022\tRespond to Production Critical incidents 24/7.
<\/div>\u2022\tResolve Production Critical incidents within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
<\/div>\u2022\tManage support teams and vendors in line with incident resolution, and ensure they are meeting or exceeding their contractual commitments for services.
<\/div>\u2022\tAnalyse operations to determine opportunities to streamline or automate processes and functions.
<\/div>\u2022\tIdentifying reoccurring problems, then planning and implementing business process redesign or automation.
<\/div>\u2022\tTranslate high\-level business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the organisation and manage changes to such specifications with proper governance processes. i.e., Demand, and Change Management.
<\/div>\u2022\tTake requirements received through the SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) process.
<\/div>\u2022\tDemonstrate commercial awareness.
<\/div>\u2022\tDevelop work breakdown plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts daily, identify resource needs, perform quality review; and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
<\/div>\u2022\tProvide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to customers and relevant stakeholders and carry out system enhancements and development on ArcGIS and MicroStation.
<\/div>\u2022\tAdvanced experience in fault\-finding, problem\-solving, and diagnosing issues with applications and their related equipment.
<\/div>\u2022\tProvide support to other applications, occupational health, and safety applications that monitor the plant.
<\/div>\u2022\tAssist in the business process redesign.
<\/div>\u2022\tParticipate in technical requirement specification sessions for new take on applications.
<\/div>\u2022\tParticipate in application integrations.
<\/div>\u2022\tManage vendors, and ensure they meet or exceed their contractual commitments for services and projects.
