📋 Votre rîle en tant que Gestionnaire de paie

En tant que Gestionnaire de paie, vous jouerez un rÎle clé dans la fourniture de services de paie précis, conformes et réalisés dans les délais pour un portefeuille diversifié de clients relevant de plusieurs conventions collectives françaises.

Vous gérerez le processus de paie de bout en bout, en étant un interlocuteur de confiance pour les clients, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de rigueur, de réactivité et de conformité avec la législation sociale et le droit du travail français.

IntĂ©grĂ©(e) Ă  une Ă©quipe paie collaborative composĂ©e de professionnels expĂ©rimentĂ©s, vous Ă©voluerez dans un environnement dynamique oĂč la fiabilitĂ©, l’organisation et le sens du service client sont essentiels Ă  la rĂ©ussite. Ce poste est idĂ©al pour une personne apprĂ©ciant la gestion de contextes de paie complexes, le dĂ©veloppement de relations clients solides et le perfectionnement continu de son expertise en paie et en droit social français.

  • Collecter et intĂ©grer les Ă©lĂ©ments variables de paie transmis par les clients

  • PrĂ©parer les bulletins de paie et effectuer des contrĂŽles dĂ©taillĂ©s afin de garantir leur exactitude et leur conformitĂ©

  • GĂ©rer les dĂ©clarations sociales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles (DSN)

  • PrĂ©parer les attestations employeur, les soldes de tout compte, les documents d’onboarding/offboarding ainsi que les autres documents liĂ©s au cycle de vie des salariĂ©s

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne de la relation client, notamment les demandes liĂ©es Ă  la paie, le suivi et la rĂ©solution des problĂšmes

  • CrĂ©er et paramĂ©trer les dossiers de paie pour les nouveaux clients

  • Suivre les activitĂ©s de paie et remonter les mises Ă  jour Ă  la direction

  • Maintenir une connaissance Ă  jour du droit du travail français, des obligations sociales et des conventions collectives

  • Apporter un soutien et collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe paie lorsque nĂ©cessaire afin d’assurer la continuitĂ© du service et l’excellence opĂ©rationnelle

🔎 À propos de vous

  • 3 Ă  5 ans d’expĂ©rience en gestion de la paie

  • Solide expertise de la paie de bout en bout (collecte, calcul, contrĂŽles, dĂ©clarations)

  • ExpĂ©rience de la gestion de la paie sous plusieurs conventions collectives fortement apprĂ©ciĂ©e

  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail français et des obligations sociales

  • ExpĂ©rience avec des logiciels de paie tels que SILAE, Sage, ADP, PayFit, Workday Payroll ou Ă©quivalents le logiciel SILAE

  • ExpĂ©rience dans la gestion de la DSN et des dĂ©clarations sociales

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  garantir l’exactitude, la conformitĂ© et la confidentialitĂ© de la paie

  • MaĂźtrise du français requise (oral et Ă©crit)

📋 Your Role as a Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple French collective bargaining agreements.

You will manage the payroll process end-to-end, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while ensuring a high level of precision, responsiveness, and compliance with French labour and social legislation.

Joining a collaborative payroll team made up of experienced payroll professionals, you will work in a fast-paced environment where reliability, organisation, and client service are central to success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex payroll environments, building strong client relationships, and continuously developing their expertise in French payroll and labour law.

  • Collecting and integrating variable payroll elements received from clients

  • Preparing payroll slips and carrying out detailed payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual social declarations (DSN)

  • Preparing employer certificates, final settlements, onboarding/offboarding documents, and other employee lifecycle documentation

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships, including payroll queries, follow-up, and issue resolution

  • Creating and configuring payroll files for new clients

  • Monitoring payroll activities and reporting updates to management

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of French labour law, social obligations, and collective bargaining agreements

  • Supporting and collaborating with other payroll team members when needed to ensure service continuity and operational excellence

Measurements of Success

  • Timely responses to client payroll requests and emails

  • Payroll production completed within target deadlines (maximum 2 business days)

  • Accuracy and compliance of payroll processing

  • Quality of client relationship management and service delivery

🔎 About you

  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll management

  • Strong end-to-end payroll expertise (collection, calculation, controls, declarations)

  • Experience managing payroll across multiple collective agreements is highly valued

  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and social obligations

  • Experience using payroll software such as SILAE, Sage, ADP, PayFit, Workday Payroll, or similar. Silae is highly preferable

  • Experience managing DSN and social declarations

  • Ability to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality

  • French fluency required (written and spoken)

  • English fluency required (written and spoken)

  • Your application can be in French or English.

Position based in Paris, with the possibility of working remotely two days a week
