Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Account Manager to join our Sales, Marketing, and Distribution (SMD) team, serving global and regional customers in the Home Appliance segment.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships
- Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
- Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities
- Collaborate with the European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions

We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager, who is ready to take on the challenge of growing and developing accounts in the home appliance sector by understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions. Proactive and entrepreneurial, you take ownership of your accounts, identifying opportunities, driving revenue, and tackling challenges to deliver results. You inspire collaboration and ensure teams work cohesively to achieve shared goals.
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of a first experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large, complex accounts in the semiconductor and/or home appliances market
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and maintaining accountability to deliver results in a global environment
- Proven ability to adapt, grow, and succeed within a large organizational structure
- Ability to establish relationship from working level to C-level at customers
- Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
