About The Role:
As a Global Benefits Partner at Kyriba, you will be the regional subject-matter expert for employee benefits across EMEA and APJ. You will own the full benefits lifecycle, including administration, vendor management, renewals, compliance, billing, and employee experience, ensuring programmes remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with Kyriba's Total Rewards philosophy.
About The Team:
Kyriba is undergoing a Global Benefits Transformation, and our team sits at the heart of it. We are building a scalable, high-impact function that delivers exceptional benefits experiences across multiple markets without sacrificing quality or consistency.
You will be part of the Global Total Rewards function, collaborating closely with Employee Success, HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HRIS.
This is a role for someone who brings both depth and drive. You are energised by complexity, comfortable with autonomy, and genuinely invested in the quality of what you deliver.
What You'll Do:
Ownership of Global Benefit Operations
Take full end-to-end ownership of the global benefits process across your defined areas.
Work closely with business leaders to build shared clarity on benefit goals, proactively keeping things moving and bringing people along with you when alignment is needed.
Streamline day-to-day benefit administration across assigned EMEA and APJ countries and lead benefits due diligence, harmonisation, and transition planning for acquisitions or new country launches within EMEA and APJ.
Partner with Employee Success to manage eligibility, employee enquiries, enrolments, life events, and off-boarding in Workday and vendor portals.
Own benefits communication, education, and enablement, including localised materials (local-language content where needed), toolkits, and manager guides; deliver new-hire orientation and Open Enrolment campaigns.
Lead annual plan renewals, market reviews, and design changes.
Align programmes to Kyriba's global Total Rewards framework while tailoring to local market norms and statutory requirements (e.g., ZUS/PIT in Poland, NHS in the UK, CPF in Singapore, SHI in Japan).
Maintain a multi-year regional benefits roadmap that balances cost, competitiveness, wellbeing, and DEI goals.
Manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, insurers, and PEO partners; own SLAs, performance reviews, escalations, and cost optimisation.
Ensure compliance with statutory benefits, social insurance, pensions across applicable EMEA and APJ jurisdictions.
Partner with Legal, Payroll, and external advisers on audits, regulatory changes, and governance controls; maintain policy and plan documentation.
Take the lead on meaningful cross-functional global benefit projects, helping to define direction and deliver improvements that have a lasting impact on how the team operates.
Track KPIs including cost, participation, utilisation, NPS, and SLA adherence; conduct quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
Forecast benefits costs, support budgeting and accruals, and partner with Finance on variance analyses.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of progressive global benefits experience across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APJ; multi-national tech/SaaS background preferred.
Deep knowledge of statutory and market practices across health, life/disability, retirement/pension, and leave programs; proven broker management and plan design optimization.
Hands-on Workday (or equivalent HCM) proficiency; comfortable with audits, data integrity, and reconciliations.
Analytical and structured; fluent in Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides, including dashboards and executive summaries.
Excellent communicator with ability to localize complex topics across cultures and languages.
High ownership, bias for action, and ease operating across time zones in a matrixed environment.
