Global Brand Engagement Mgr, Customer Trust External Relations

Amazon's Customer Trust External Relations (CTXR) organization is seeking a results-driven Global Brand Engagement Program Manager - Europe to help ensure that every customer can shop with confidence on Amazon. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Amazon's global brand protection efforts, owning strategic relationships with intellectual property owners across product authenticity, product integrity, copyright, trademark, and broader product quality issues. You will be a trusted partner to global brands, translating their concerns into actionable improvements to Amazon's policies, processes, and tools — always working backwards from the customer.

This is a high-visibility role that requires you to think big while delivering results at scale. You will operate across multiple geographies, navigate ambiguity, and influence without authority — partnering with Legal, Investigations, Product, and business teams to drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment with analytical rigor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a bias for action when it comes to protecting customers and brands.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and scale brand relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global brands and rights holders on product integrity issues. Earn trust through consistent delivery and transparent communication.
- Drive industry-wide solutions: Work backwards from brand owner pain points to develop strategies that address unique industry challenges — raising the bar for the entire ecosystem, not just individual cases.
- Shape policy and enforcement: Develop data-driven policy recommendations to improve both reactive and proactive enforcement. Maximize automation and operational efficiency in resolving brand owner concerns, and define measurable success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate threats: Work cross-functionally across Amazon to build and improve processes and tools that detect and neutralize threats to brands, customers, and sellers — insisting on the highest standards of protection.
- Manage critical escalations: Partner with Legal and Investigations to handle time-sensitive, high-severity escalations with urgency and sound judgment. Dive deep into root causes and drive systemic fixes.
- Bridge internal stakeholders: Liaise with business teams to address vendor concerns, ensuring alignment between external commitments and internal capabilities.
- Represent Amazon externally: Participate in and contribute to conferences, industry forums, and external meetings focused on product integrity. Serve as a credible and authoritative voice for Amazon's brand protection efforts. This role requires approximately 25% domestic and international travel.
- Build scalable knowledge: Develop and deliver educational and training materials for both internal and external audiences, creating mechanisms that scale beyond individual interactions.
