Global Business Development
You will manage and grow client relationships across retail, business, and broker channels. You will drive retail user acquisition via partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, communities, influencers, and regional partners. You will design and implement scalable cooperation models such as rebate programs, affiliate incentives, copy-trading integrations, strategy hosting, and API trader activation. You will identify high-potential retail markets and execute prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term partner management. You will collaborate with Marketing and Product to support localized campaigns, community engagement, promotions, and product launches. You will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies and conversion funnels. You will develop and maintain business development playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across regions.
Responsibilities
- Drive retail user acquisition and market penetration through partnerships with KOLs affiliates communities influencers and regional partners
- Build scalable cooperation models including rebate programs affiliate incentives copy-trading integrations strategy hosting and API trader activation
- Identify high-potential retail markets and execute prospecting negotiation onboarding activation and long-term partner management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support localized campaigns community engagement promotions and product launches for retail users
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies and conversion funnels
- Develop and maintain business development playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across regions
- Manage client relationships across retail business and broker partners and incorporate product feedback into engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within a crypto exchange trading platform broker wallet or Web3 product with focus on retail users
- Strong understanding of retail user behavior trading journeys and drivers of activation retention and volume
- Hands-on experience building retail user growth funnels from zero to one including outreach negotiation onboarding and partner management
- Solid knowledge of crypto ecosystems including KOLs affiliate programs communities API traders and influencers
- Fluent English; multilingual ability is a plus
- Crypto-native mindset and familiarity with market trends and industry narratives
