Global Commercial Excellence PMO (m/f/d)

As Global Commercial Excellence PMO (m/f/d) (Project Management Office), you will ensure all the workstreams of the Commercial Excellence transformation program are coordinated and the program is tracking well against the timeline.
Gather relevant inputs, information and data

Support coordination across workstreams
Enable program governance
Support process improvement, process mapping, and standardization
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder engagement and day-to-day Project Management
Engage Commercial Excellence leadership experts and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure project success
Track project progress, proactively identify issues, and document expected outcomes
Provide weekly project status updates to Gloabal Commercial Excellence office and document outcomes of governance meetings
Coordinate Commercial Excellence projects and tracking across multiple stakeholders, business units, and countries as defined in the Commercial Excellence roadmap and project plans
Coordinate and support the preparation of steering committees
Drive the timeline and scheduled checkpoints for critical decisions by the relevant stakeholders
Analyze the current state of relevant processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization and standardization
Prepare content to drive internal communication plans on a consistent basis
Create and manage a central repository of Commercial Excellence documentation, playbooks, and resources
Own selected Global Commercial Excellence strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience in Pharma/ Life Science industry, preferably in strategic and business-oriented roles and/or consulting
Demonstrated experience in large-scale multi-country transformation initiatives and project management
Comfortable working in international environments with cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple business areas
A bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent in business, education, psychology, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders
Profound project management and stakeholder management skills, including use of project management tools
Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
Relevant experience from having worked and lived abroad is a plus
Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
