Global Compensation Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation Program Design and Administration

  • Develop and implement rewards programs, policies, and processes. Continuously evaluate and refine programs to maximum effectiveness.
  • Research market trends and best practices to identify opportunities and gaps. Influence total rewards strategy through data and insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and talent teams, providing compensation consulting and enabling effective pay decisions.
  • Create communication strategies to educate employees and leaders about total rewards.
  • Conduct pay fairness analyses and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead annual compensation activities, including salary budgeting, structure reviews, and rewards planning.
  • Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs.

Equity Administration

  • Program Administration: Assist in the day-to-day administration of all aspects of equity compensation programs including, but not limited to, grant tracking, approvals, and maintenance of stock plan software and tools to ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity in record-keeping and reporting systems
  • Compliance & Reporting: Working with internal colleagues to ensure alignment on stock plan administration and ongoing global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Support comprehensive analyses of stock plan data for compensation committee material preparation, equity budget-setting purposes, and other ad-hoc analyses
  • Stakeholder Support: Serve as a resource for internal inquiries regarding equity compensation plans; support development of communication materials including guides/FAQs, retirement memo, and other educational materials
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate smooth equity plan administration.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in compensation program design and management, with at least 3+ years operating in a global environment.
  • Expertise in job evaluations, market pricing and salary structures.
  • Strong global business acumen and regulatory knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and influence skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong project and team management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Multilingual
  • Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (e.g. CCP, GRP)
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-impact, high-complexity global projects
