Global Director of People & Culture
We are not hiring a traditional “HR Director.” We are hiring someone who can help Omnidocs scale from a collection of successful companies into one integrated Group — with a shared culture, a common leadership approach, and an employee experience worthy of 175 colleagues and growing.
Help shape the next chapter of Omnidocs
For more than 20 years, Omnidocs has helped organizations create better documents, presentations, and business communications.
What started as a consultancy has evolved into an international software group with a growing portfolio of SaaS products and 175 professionals across Denmark, the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and additional locations.
Over the past two years, we have expanded significantly through acquisitions — welcoming Dania Software, Xential, eformity, Presentation Solutions, and officeatwork into the Omnidocs Group. We now have colleagues from six offices in five countries, plus a significant number working remotely.
Today we are entering an exciting new phase. We are combining the entities into ONE company brand and building a stronger, more integrated international group, while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit, expertise, and customer focus that have made each company successful.
People are at the centre of everything we do. Whether we are developing software, supporting customers, delivering consultancy, or driving growth, our success depends on talented people working together across cultures, functions, and geographies.
We are looking for a Global Director of People & Culture to help us shape that future.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a trusted partner to the Management team, you will, together with the People & Culture team, own Omnidocs’ people agenda and play a central role in building a scalable, high-performing, and value-driven organization.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will own the processes and frameworks through which we attract, develop, engage, and retain talent, and you will bring Management the insight to make strong decisions on strategy, structure, and reward.
You will work closely with leaders across all regions and functions to strengthen leadership, inform how we organize, and create an employee experience that supports growth and performance, including leading the people side of integrating newly acquired businesses into one connected organization.
Your responsibilities
As Global Director of People & Culture, you own the processes, frameworks, and experience that make Omnidocs work as an organization. You bring the CEO and Management the insight to make strong decisions on strategy, structure, and reward, and you own turning those decisions into reality across the Group. Your remit spans the following areas.
Shape the people strategy and advise the business
- Develop and own a people strategy that delivers on the business direction set by the CEO and Management, measured by the organizational capability and performance it creates.
- Own the Group’s people processes and operating model end-to-end, holding the standard and continuously improving them so they make Omnidocs a better place to work.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Management team, bringing the people and organizational perspective into business decisions.
- Lead and develop the People & Culture team.
Build culture, together with leaders
- Bring a clear point of view on the culture Omnidocs needs and design the practices that make “one Omnidocs” real in daily work across six offices and remote colleagues.
- Own the employee experience across the lifecycle, from how candidates first meet us to how people grow and contribute, and hold it to a standard people would recommend.
- Partner with leaders, who carry culture in their teams.
Lead the people side of integration
- Own the people side of integration as acquired companies join Omnidocs, from a strong day-one experience to the longer work of aligning ways of working, terms, and leadership.
- Build a repeatable integration approach so each acquisition lands well and new colleagues feel connected to both their local business and the wider Omnidocs.
- Partner with Management and local leaders to retain key talent and capability through transition.
Plan the workforce and inform how we organize
- Translate business strategy into clear views on the capabilities, roles, and structures Omnidocs need to deliver today and as we scale, building a workforce that is fit for where the business is going.
- Bring Management insight and recommendations on organizational design, drawing on workforce data and a read of where structure is helping or hindering performance.
- Own the people side of change and transformation once direction is set, turning structural decisions into teams that can perform.
- Strengthen clarity on roles, decision rights, and accountability so the organization runs on intent.
Enable leaders to lead
- Design and own a common leadership framework and development offering that builds the kind of leaders people choose to work for, consistent across regions and functions.
- Equip managers to own people management themselves, so good people practice lives in the line, in hiring, growth, performance, and succession.
- Coach and challenge leaders directly and build the succession and internal pipelines that mean we grow our own.
Attract, develop, and grow talent
- Own how Omnidocs hires across all markets — the approach, standards, and employer brand that secure the right capability.
- Build development and career frameworks that make growth a real, visible part of working here, serving both the person and the business.
- Own engagement and retention as outcomes: understand why people stay, why they leave, and act early.
Reward and performance
- Design and recommend compensation and benefits frameworks that are fair, market-informed, and consistent across geographies, with Management and the Board setting the overall reward envelope.
- Own performance management as a process that lifts contribution and connects individual work to company objectives.
People insight, compliance, and governance
- Own the HRIS and people analytics, and turn them into decision-grade insight that equips leaders, Management, and the Board to make good people and organizational decisions.
- Use data to anticipate needs on engagement, retention, performance, and workforce planning.
- Hold the foundation steady with policies that are compliant, scalable, and consistent across the Group, and support the people, culture, and governance dimensions of the company’s ESG agenda.
What success looks like
This is a role with significant influence and visibility across the business. In your first 6 to 12 months, you will help shape the next chapter of Omnidocs by strengthening leadership, creating greater organizational alignment, and making a shared culture real across our growing international group.
You will establish people processes and frameworks that support managers and employees across all regions, and you will give Management decision-grade insight on the organization — informing how we structure and resource the Group as it scales.
As we continue to grow through acquisition, you will own the people side of bringing teams and cultures together, helping new colleagues feel connected to both their local business and the wider Omnidocs community.
You will strengthen people analytics that enable better decisions and workforce planning, and you will continue to evolve our People & Culture processes so they remain scalable, effective, and fit for an ambitious growth journey.
Most importantly, you will help make Omnidocs a place where talented people thrive, grow, and do their best work — strengthening our position as an employer of choice in our industry.
Who you are
You are an experienced People & Culture leader who understands that building a successful business starts with building a strong organization. You have a track record of supporting growth, navigating change, and creating environments where both people and performance flourish.
You bring experience from international organizations and are comfortable working across cultures, geographies, and leadership teams. Whether your background is in software, SaaS, technology, professional services, or another knowledge-driven industry, you have a strong command of talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and the people dimension of organizational design. Experience integrating acquired businesses is especially valuable, as it sits at the heart of this role.
You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You are business-minded and understand how people initiatives contribute directly to performance and long-term success. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and are comfortable challenging established ways of working when needed.
You enjoy operating in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined, and where collaboration, curiosity, and adaptability are essential. Above all, you create clarity, alignment, and momentum, even when navigating complexity and change.
Why join Omnidocs?
This is an opportunity to influence the future of a growing international software group.
You will work closely with the CEO and Management team, shape the company’s culture and leadership practices, and help build an organization where talented people thrive and perform at their best.
At Omnidocs, you will find ambitious colleagues, entrepreneurial energy, international collaboration, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on the next stage of our journey.
