<\/span><\/p>The <\/span>Global Finance Director<\/span><\/b> will play a pivotal role\nin overseeing the company\u2019s global financial operations, ensuring compliance\nacross regions, and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting to\nsupport strategic decision\-making.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>Strategic & Business Partnership<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Partner\n closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to support strategic\n planning and long\-term financial sustainability.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Contribute\n to business model analysis, pricing strategies, contract review, and\n expansion plans from a financial perspective.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deliver\n clear, actionable insights to support decision\-making at the executive and\n board level.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Group Reporting & Board\-Level\nInsight<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Lead\n the consolidation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual <\/span>group\-level\n financial reports<\/span><\/b>, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and\n KPI dashboards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare <\/span>board packs and investor\-level reporting<\/span><\/b> in collaboration with the\n CFO.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure\n robust <\/span>group\-wide reconciliations<\/span><\/b>, financial integrity, and\n compliance with internal controls.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Financial Operations &\nCompliance<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Oversee\n global accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll,\n commissions, and supplier payments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage\n multi\-entity accounting across jurisdictions, including <\/span>intercompany\n transactions<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>currency consolidations<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure\n compliance with <\/span>tax, VAT, and statutory reporting<\/span><\/b> requirements in\n multiple countries, working with local advisors as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain\n high\-quality client records and financial documentation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Lead\n and continuously improve the company\u2019s budgeting, financial planning, and\n forecasting processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct\n scenario analysis and variance reporting to drive accountability and\n operational efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Track\n and monitor performance against budget and key business metrics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Team Leadership & Process\nImprovement<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Build\n and mentor a globally distributed finance team, fostering a culture of\n excellence and accountability.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify\n and implement process improvements and automation to scale financial\n operations efficiently.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Leverage\n financial systems and tools (e.g. Xero, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks) to\n improve reporting, visibility, and control.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Qualifications:<\/span><\/b> ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience:<\/span><\/b> Minimum <\/span>10 years<\/span><\/b> in finance and accounting, with at least <\/span>3\u20135\n years in a leadership role<\/span><\/b> managing multi\-entity international\n operations. SaaS or technology industry experience is highly preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Board\n & Stakeholder Reporting:<\/span><\/b> Proven experience in preparing\n and presenting board\-level reports and executive dashboards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Commercial\n Acumen:<\/span><\/b> Strong understanding of business operations beyond\n finance, including client contract review, pricing, sales models, and\n strategic planning.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Global\n Expertise:<\/span><\/b> Hands\-on experience with <\/span>international\n finance<\/span><\/b>, cross\-border compliance, and tax/VAT requirements in multiple\n jurisdictions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Systems\n Proficiency:<\/span><\/b> Advanced use of financial\n software (Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.\n Familiarity with ERP and reporting tools is a plus.<\/span>
