    3. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    4. Handle <\/span><\/span>consolidation of financial statements<\/span><\/span><\/b> and budgeting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    5. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company\u2019s status and financial forecasts. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    6. Oversee the operations and development of the company\u2019s revenue departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    7. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    9. \u200bEffectively manage US, Canada and India accounting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

        <\/ul>

        • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong knowledge of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior\-level business partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision\-making skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Experience in Quick\-books & Zoho Books.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
