Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the global Customer Implementation Management (CIM) strategy and roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the global customer implementation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and sequenced effectively.
  • Own and lead global CIM initiatives while supporting cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to support reporting, governance, and performance management of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and mature the global customer and site implementation framework, including methodologies, playbooks, templates, digital tools, and governance models.
  • Build implementation capabilities across the global CIM community through certification programs, learning journeys, and development initiatives.
  • Support performance management by defining relevant metrics, monitoring outcomes, and facilitating performance discussions between regional and global teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within logistics, supply chain, contract logistics, or freight forwarding environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer implementation processes within complex global organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence and build followership across diverse stakeholder groups, functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps, frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change within a dynamic business environment.
