Global Inventory Control Program Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and implement global inventory control strategies and procedures across manufacturing and acquisition site
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant inventory reporting
  • Collaborate with auditors, support audit activities, and address findings effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify discrepancies in inventory data and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on inventory control processes and best practices
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Communicate effectively on complex and sensitive topics, including audit-related discussions, with professionalism and discretion

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in inventory control management, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Active involvement in audit processes and compliance activities
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
  • Experience delivering training or coaching to diverse teams
