• Standard folyamatok ismerete, betartása
• Oktatások tervezése és kivitelezése
• Dolgozók tudásfelmérése és visszaellenőrzése
• Új technológia esetén részvétel a képzésen, majd tovább oktatása a dolgozók számára
• Új tréning anyagok összeállítása, tesztelése és véleményezése
• Oktatások szervezése a Processing területen operátorok, operátor specialisták részére
• Visszatérő szakmai problémák esetén részletesebb utána járás
• Minőségi követelmények betartatása
• Kapcsolattartás a társterületekkel

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Minimum középfokú végzettség
• Előny a minimum 2 év szakmai tapasztalat
• Gyártási területen szerzett tapasztalat (előny a Processing terület)
• Jó kommunikációs készség
• Fejlesztői szemléletmód
• Szisztematikus és kreatív gondolkodásmód
• Jó problémamegoldó képesség
• Jó együttműködési és érdekérvényesítési képesség
• Előny angol nyelvtudás
• Operátor/operátor specialista gyakorlat
