Strategic Account Penetration & Growth
- - Elevate Account Status: Drive the transformation of a major account from a general "GF Account" to a Global Key Account (GKA) status by demonstrating significant revenue potential and global strategic importance.
- - Identify and Secure New Opportunities: Proactively explore and introduce non-traditional piping systems, services, and applications (beyond current supply) where GF can gain specification.
- Develop concrete strategies to win the specification for these future supply
- opportunities.
- - Drive Specification Advantage: Champion the promotion of GF Engineering Services and Prefab capabilities to deliver added value, actively working to remove competitor specifications and secure exclusive GF usage.
- - Ensure Global Standardization: Guarantee the utilization of GF materials across all countries where the GKA operates by promoting the GF IIFS platform (Integrated Installation and Fabrication System) and the ability to offer "copy exact" services globally.
- - Drive Engagement on Strategic Priorities: Understand customers’ Business Continuity Management (BCM) and ESG priorities and convert these insights into actionable plans that strengthen long-term collaboration.
- - Knowledge Transfer: Provide continuous, structured updates on GKA progress, successes, and lessons learned to the MicroElectronics team, actively sharing best practices for broader organizational benefit.
- - Internal Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator for regional and local account managers supporting the GKA footprint.

Global Account Management & Governance
- - Account Planning Ownership: Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive Global Key Account Plan (GKAP), defining strategic goals, resource needs, and annual growth targets.
- - Relationship Authority: Own and continuously build deep, strategic relationships at multiple levels within the GKA organization, ensuring stakeholder coverage across technical, procurement, and executive teams.
- - Contract & Agreement Management: Lead the negotiation, management, and adherence to the long-term global GKA frame agreements and supply contracts.
- - Internal Coordination: Regularly align with local Managing Directors (MDs), Country Managers and Head of Sales to ensure seamless GKA progress, support, and resource allocation across all relevant geographies.
Demand Generation & Specification Influence
- - Project Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new project leads and capital expenditures within the GKA's future plans.
- - Specification Control: Actively influence and secure specifications at the GKA level, ensuring GF products are the preferred or mandatory choice for new build and retrofit projects.
- - New Application Development: Drive demand for GF products in new applications and emerging technologies
- - Volume & Stakeholder Mapping: Map full project scope, including ancillary systems, and identify key contractors/installers to ensure GF participation.
End-to-End Sales Execution & Ownership
- Local Business Development: Collaborate with the local MD and Respective Country Account Responsible to create and implement a local business development plan backed by a cross-functional internal project support team for all GKA activities. Ensure comprehensive stakeholder coverage and alignment across all decision-makers.
- Pricing Strategy: Coordinate pricing strategies to maintain consistency and competitiveness across all global stakeholders and regions to maintain margin integrity and win rate.
- Key Meeting Engagement: Attend and contribute strategically to all key client and internal governance meetings related to the GKA to reinforce strategic positioning and secure commitments.
Fulfillment Oversight & Forecasting
- Critical Issue Resolution: Regularly monitor order and fulfillment progress, taking a leadership role in resolving critical supply chain or logistical issues to maintain high service level and meeting customer satisfaction.
- S&OP and Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate input into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and sales forecasts to ensure efficient material planning and production capacity.
