Global Sales Director – based in Europe or North America

Segura is a global Identity Security company entering hyper-growth mode. We are building a world-class revenue organization and are looking for a Global Sales Director to lead and scale our global sales execution.

This role is responsible for driving revenue performance, building structure and predictability, and leading multi-region teams across direct and partner-led motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

  • Lead and develop multi-region sales teams

  • Implement structured sales processes and operating cadence

  • Coach enterprise deal execution and value-based selling

  • Drive consistency across regions while enabling local execution

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to improve GTM effectiveness

  • Engage in strategic deals and executive-level conversations

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven senior leadership experience in B2B sales environments

  • Strong track record in cybersecurity or SaaS

  • Experience managing global or multi-region sales teams

  • Ability to close and support complex enterprise deals

  • Strong data-driven mindset and forecasting discipline

  • Excellent stakeholder management (C-level engagement)

Preferred / Desirable

  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies

  • Experience with channel/partner sales models

  • Revenue growth

  • Pipeline coverage

  • Forecast accuracy

  • Win rate and deal size growth

  • Regional quota attainment consistency
