Global Sales Director – based in Europe or North America
Segura is a global Identity Security company entering hyper-growth mode. We are building a world-class revenue organization and are looking for a Global Sales Director to lead and scale our global sales execution.
This role is responsible for driving revenue performance, building structure and predictability, and leading multi-region teams across direct and partner-led motions.
Key Responsibilities

Own global revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

Lead and develop multi-region sales teams

Implement structured sales processes and operating cadence

Coach enterprise deal execution and value-based selling

Drive consistency across regions while enabling local execution

Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to improve GTM effectiveness

Engage in strategic deals and executive-level conversations
Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven senior leadership experience in B2B sales environments

Strong track record in cybersecurity or SaaS

Experience managing global or multi-region sales teams

Ability to close and support complex enterprise deals

Strong data-driven mindset and forecasting discipline

Excellent stakeholder management (C-level engagement)
