Global SAR Lead
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Global SAR Lead with Tier-1 manufacturer experience to lead our wireless compliance strategy and drive the evolution of our global laboratory network. This role will oversee global SAR/RF exposure requirements (FCC, RED, carriers), advance automation across existing labs, expand regulatory capabilities into new markets (e.g., Mexico), and provide technical leadership to regional teams to support global client development.
1. Global Compliance & New Market Expansion
- Regulatory & Carrier Governance: Ensure full compliance with FCC, RED, ISED, and carrier-specific SAR requirements.
- New Country Access: Lead the strategy and execution to establish SAR capabilities and compliance pathways in emerging markets, including expansion into new countries.
2. Lab Automation Integration & Optimization
- Automation: Design and implement end-to-end test automation and software integration across SAR labs to improve throughput.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize global testing workflows to reduce cycle times and eliminate cross-lab measurement inconsistencies.
3. Technical Support & Business Development
- Cross-Lab Support: Act as the global subject matter expert (SME), providing advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting to regional lab teams.
- Client Development: Support business development through high-level technical engagement, helping win new clients and address complex compliance challenges.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $200,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
