The Global Supplier Planner is responsible for executing the supply strategies supporting Hasbro’s business objectives, and when required leading a smaller size manufacturing partner. Led by Global Supplier Planning Manager/Sr Manager/Supervisor, the team will work closely with our suppliers to maintain high standards of supply service, operational excellence and develop Hasbro’s supply agility

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with supplier(s) to adjust weekly plans to meet Hasbro customer service targets
  • Identify, manage, and deploy scenarios for proactively resolving supplier constraints short term
  • Identify supplier master data governance gaps and ensure accuracy to maximize CF match opportunities
  • Monitor execution of production and deployment POs
  • Monitor release of MA to suppliers and MA inventories
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Materials Operations, Global Network Planning, logistics and other cross-functional teams
  • Perform factory visit and pro-actively manage production related issues by collecting data and analyzing the root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Proactively address potential disruptions and ensure continuity of supply and optimal service via risk management / scenario planning.
  • Execute the supplier lifecycle management, phase in and sunset partners and manage build ahead where needed
  • Act as first contact point for partner as Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) in relation to daily- weekly, monthly- quarterly and yearly operations for his/her assigned supplier as required
  • Lead the monthly supplier S&OP process (including but not limited to review of supplier performance OTIF, capacity vs demand reviews, recommend mitigation plans for service/cap/inventory deviations to target and drive continuous improvement) as required
  • Support identification and removal of wasteful tasks to improve productivity.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in production-, material-, or supply planning, ideally in toy- or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of inventory management and shipping is an advantage
  • Undergraduate degree or above in relevant field or statistics
  • Good PC knowledge and experience in ERP systems (SAP)
  • Good data analytic skills, preferably with supply chain related experience
  • Excellent command of English skills, with other local language knowledge preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
  • Willing to have occasional travel to factories (up to 4 times per year to assigned suppliers
  • Strong teamwork capability, be able to cooperate with colleagues from different background, department and levels
