Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Vendor & Agency Management

Job Description

Ready to shape the supplier and technology choices that help Talent Acquisition deliver better hiring outcomes?

As Talent Acquisition Manager, Vendor Management & Performance, you'll be the person who decides what tools and partnerships are genuinely working, and what needs to change. Based at our Billund Campus, you'll bring structure and strategic thinking to how we invest in, manage, and evolve the platforms and suppliers that power our hiring.

Please Note:

  • Hybrid work model of three office days and two home days weekly. This position is based at LEGO System A/S Aastvej 17190 Billund, Denmark.

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Talent Acquisition at LEGO is in the business of building partnerships, platforms, and performance routines that help every team find the right people. In this role, you'll bring commercial discipline to how we work with agencies, and digital tools, setting clear value measures, challenging what isn't delivering, and staying ahead of what's emerging in the market. Your work will directly shape how effectively Talent Acquisition (TA) operates and how confidently we invest.

Core Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationship Management You'll lead the full landscape of TA supplier relationships, from recruitment platforms to specialist tools. That means being the primary point of contact for our supplier base, leading performance conversations, and working in partnership to ensure we are improving the use of tools.

  • Performance Management & return on investment. You'll build and maintain performance scorecards that hold vendors accountable, identify where performance is falling short, and make sure TA leadership has the insight they need to make informed decisions.

  • Market Intelligence & Vendor Strategy You'll keep a close eye on the recruitment technology landscape, spotting trends before they become mainstream and translating data into clear recommendations on where we should be investing, and where we shouldn't.

  • Tool Configuration & Optimisation You'll work closely with Product & Digital teams, and vendors to optimise the tools our recruiters rely on every day, improving workflows, implementing integrations, and making sure everything we run meets our governance standards.

Do you have what it takes?

We're looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with a genuine understanding of how great recruitment operates. Here's what we'd expect you to bring:

  • Proven experience handling recruitment suppliers, technology vendors, procurement activity, or TA operations, you know how these relationships work and how to get the most from them.

  • The ability to build meaningful scorecards, interpret ROI data, and translate numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Solid familiarity with recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, assessment, sourcing, and job distribution platforms are part of your everyday vocabulary.

  • A track record of presenting supplier strategy and market intelligence to senior partners in a way that informs decisions and builds confidence.

  • A genuine curiosity about recruiter behaviour and experience designing engagement strategies that drive adoption, not just awareness.
