Position Overview<\/b>

We are seeking experienced Gluer / Manufacturing\nProduction Associates<\/b> to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This position is\nresponsible for assembling and gluing manufactured products while maintaining\nproduction quality standards. The role is physically demanding and requires\nfrequent heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must have a strong\nmanufacturing background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to\nwork efficiently in a fast\-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Apply adhesives and\n assemble components according to production specifications and work\n instructions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure products are\n properly aligned, bonded, and finished to meet quality standards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform frequent heavy\n lifting, moving, and handling of materials and finished products\n throughout the workday.<\/span>
<\/li>- Operate hand tools,\n production equipment, and other manufacturing machinery as needed.<\/span>
<\/li>- Inspect completed\n products to ensure quality and accuracy.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain production pace\n while adhering to safety and quality requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Follow all company\n policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.<\/span>
<\/li>- Keep work areas clean,\n organized, and free of hazards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with\n supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- Minimum of 2 years of\n manufacturing experience required.<\/span>
<\/li>- Previous assembly,\n gluing, or production experience preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to perform\n frequent heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong attention to\n detail and commitment to producing quality work.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to work in a\n fast\-paced manufacturing environment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Dependable attendance\n and reliable transportation.<\/span>
