The General Manager, Sales, is responsible for overseeing and driving the commercial success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Chairman, detailing sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Foster strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and other departments to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Oversee all sales activities, ensuring the timely and efficient closure of both retail and fleet sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Establish and manage sales targets for the team, holding them accountable for achieving results.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Identifying target account, creating strategy to securing new business and executing sales and marketing plan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Have over 15 years\u2019 experience working in a multinational environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Possess bachelor\u2019s degree and master\u2019s degree in relevant courses or MBA.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and\nsuccessfully leading teams in high\-<\/span> <\/span><\/span>pressure<\/span> <\/span><\/span>environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
