Go-To-Market Strategy Associate, Embedded Finance

As a key member of the Concourse Embedded Finance Commercialization team within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will help shape & execute on the go-to-market strategy for Concourse, collaborating across product, sales, and marketing to deliver business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, an ability to tell compelling stories via content, analytical capabilities and a love for research.

You will be part of one of the most innovative areas of the bank, with direct access to client feedback, the opportunity to rapidly expand your expertise in payments, technology, and go-to-market ("GTM") strategy and execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the team in executing and shaping GTM strategies for Concourse, an Embedded Finance product, identifying high-potential client segments, building business cases, and influencing product roadmaps
  • Build and refine compelling and clear sales collateral that enables our teams to articulate the value of Concourse to prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing to help shape thought leadership, value props, case studies, events
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to inform product enhancements and commercial strategy
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between product, sales, and clients—translating complex technical concepts into commercially impactful collateral and strategies for diverse audiences
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations, using data to frame pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of learning , ownership mindset, and collaboration

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Marketing, Strategy and/or CMZ
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
