GoHighLevel and Automations Specialist for a Fitness Center

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GoHighLevel and Automations Specialist for a Fitness Center based in Brazil.

This role focuses on building and optimizing the automation infrastructure that powers lead generation, client communication, and customer journey workflows for a fast-scaling fitness business. You will be responsible for designing seamless systems that convert inbound leads into booked appointments and long-term clients through smart CRM automation and conversational flows. The position combines technical automation expertise with strategic thinking, requiring someone who can connect tools, improve workflows, and increase conversion efficiency. You will work across GoHighLevel, integrations, and AI-driven chat experiences to ensure every lead is properly captured, nurtured, and followed up. This is a high-impact operational role where your work directly influences revenue growth and customer acquisition. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems rather than just executing tasks.

Accountabilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations for inbound lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Design and maintain integrations using n8n between GoHighLevel and other internal business tools.
  • Develop AI chatbots and conversational workflows to qualify, engage, and convert leads.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of lead stages and customer journeys.
  • Create automated systems for appointment booking, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Write compelling copy for email and SMS nurturing sequences to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and lead conversion rates.
  • (Optional) Build dashboards and reporting systems to track lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including automation and CRM configuration.
    • Strong experience building inbound lead automation systems and scalable workflows.
    • Practical experience with n8n integrations (required).
    • Experience designing AI chatbots and conversational lead qualification flows.
    • Solid understanding of CRM pipeline management and lead tracking systems.
    • Experience building appointment scheduling and automated follow-up systems.
    • Strong copywriting skills for email and SMS marketing campaigns.
    • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.
    • Nice to have: experience with Mindbody or Mindbody Marketing Suite.
    • Nice to have: experience with reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools.
