Help Residents Go Digital 📲– Join the Action! ⚙️

• Contract Period: 6+6 months
• Working Hours: 5 days/week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off), shifts between 9am–6:30pm or 12:30pm–10pm
• Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Engage with community members and guide them in using mobile apps and digital services
• Assist in organizing events and outreach activities
• Maintain simple records and provide updates to your team
• Ensure safety and smooth operations during activities

Requirements:

• Singaporean, minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
• Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, or basic digital systems
