Job Description:

· Monitor patients and take vital signs

· Provide basic wound care and administer medication

· Document patient information

· Counsel patients and their families

· Prepare reports and refer patients to specialists if needed

· Complete other assigned tasks as required

Requirement:

· Nitec or diploma in Nursing

· Valid SNB & BCLS
