Graduate Intern (Business Development Department – Special Projects Team) - 12 months contract period
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
To support Special Projects team, Business Development, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Business Development, event management, and strategic planning, contributing to impactful projects that drive the company’s growth.
You will be responsible for:
assisting in the identification and analysis of new business opportunities;
conducting market research to support strategic planning and decision-making;
collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives;
preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders;
supporting the development and execution of business development strategies;
participating in meetings and contributing innovative ideas;
maintaining documentation and track project progress;
providing on‑site operational support during event days as required; and
performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct.
You should:
possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
have strong analytical and research skills;
have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
be ability to work independently and in a team environment; and
be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
