Graduate PMS Engineer

You will develop the Portfolio Management System a vital part of the trading platform and contribute to delivering robust technical architectures You will participate in architecture implementation and quality assurance You will maintain visibility over live environments and troubleshoot incidents You will engage with cross functional teams to translate our high level product strategy into a technical path You will leverage AI tools to improve code quality and output.

Responsibilities

• Support the iteration and refinement of our Portfolio Management System utilizing Golang.
• Work closely with the Quant Product and Engineering Teams to deliver trading solutions and convert business needs into robust technical architectures.
• Meet deadlines in support of a fast moving release cycle.
• Participate in the architecture implementation and quality assurance of upcoming platform capabilities.
• Maintain visibility over live environments while mastering the art of troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Engage with cross functional teams to translate our high level product strategy into an actionable technical path.
• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to assist in writing, reviewing, and continuously improving code quality and output.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field.
• Foundational knowledge of Golang or C# or experience with other strongly typed languages such as Java or C++
• Familiarity with databases like Postgres
• Familiarity with cloud native tech like GCP K8s AWS
• Previous experience in a similar internship or placement year within financial markets and an understanding of a portfolio, execution, or order management system an advantage
• A genuine curiosity regarding the digital assets sector and institutional financial markets and an interest in portfolio, execution or order management systems.
• Passionate about software engineering and about delivering a quality product
• Collaborative spirit with an enthusiasm for taking ownership of tasks and professional development.
