The program provides structured exposure across key customer-facing functions during the initial 6–12 months, followed by placement into a defined career track based on performance and business needs.

Rotational Exposure (6–12 months):

  • Technical / Applications: Product knowledge, solution configuration, and technical support
  • Sales / Commercial: Customer engagement, pipeline support, and opportunity qualification
  • Marketing / Demand Generation: Campaigns, events, and customer outreach
  • Community & Ecosystem: University engagement and community building initiatives

Career Pathways (Post-Program):

  • Technical Track: Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Sales Engineer
  • Sales Track: Account Manager / Territory Manager
  • Marketing Track: Technical Marketing / Demand Generation / Product Marketing

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Technical Development & Application

  • Participate in structured training covering NI products, test and measurement fundamentals, and industry applications
  • Support solution configuration, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept activities
  • Work with application engineers to develop technical solutions aligned to customer use cases

Customer Engagement & Commercial Exposure

  • Support Sales Engineers and Account Managers in customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions
  • Contribute to pipeline development through opportunity identification, qualification, and follow-up
  • Participate in customer engagements to understand business challenges and solution requirements

Marketing, Community & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Support execution of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Contribute to technical and commercial content for customer communication
  • Participate in university engagement and user community initiatives

Business & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Gain exposure to sales processes, pipeline management, and internal systems
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support customer opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of how solutions translate into business outcomes

For This Role, You Will Need:
•A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline
• Foundational understanding of electronics, systems, or programming (such as Python, C, LabVIEW, or similar)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; local language proficiency may be required depending on the country
• Interest in customer‑facing roles that combine technical knowledge with commercial engagement
• Willingness to participate in a structured, rotational early‑career development program

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Exposure to test and measurement systems or NI / LabVIEW platforms
• Internship, academic, or project experience involving hands‑on technical problem solving
• Experience presenting, explaining, or demonstrating technical concepts
• Interest in marketing activities, content development, or community engagement
