Recruitment Process
1. Application Submission
Submit personal information, emergency details, education & qualification, and employment history via the online portal
2. Aptitude Test
Online/computer-based test covering:
Numerical Reasoning
Verbal Reasoning
Logical / Abstract Reasoning
Basic Banking Awareness
3. Pre-Assessment & Documentation
Shortlisted candidates are invited to submit or verify documents and prepare for the assessment centre
4. Assessment Centre
Detailed evaluation including:
Group Exercises
Case Studies
Presentations
Problem-Solving Tasks
5. Pre-Chat Interview
HR and Senior Managers assess candidates on:

6. Employment Offer & Onboarding
