Graphic Design & Digital Media - Internship

This is a remote position.

A Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for creating products in digital or electronic format, in both digital platform as well as tangible platforms to produce on-brand and eye-catching health care awareness campaigns that align with a company's overall aesthetic as an impact-centered pioneering mobile health care services in Malaysia.

Throughout the internship period, intern is expected to enhance the company’s confidence among the stakeholders via our digital presences aiming at generating investment and impact for the community.

Intern will be reporting directly to Managing Director of NENO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Graphic Design:

Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative posters
Design or create motion graphics / animation, edit video for branding and marketing purposes.
Prepare and present designs that will align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website / system standards.
Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

Developing content which promotes Neno products / services through digital channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
To prepare content for different segments:

i) Gig Workers

To focus on awareness for Malaysian youth health care providers for health care service
To highlight gig opportunities for non-medical assistance to customers

ii) Customers

To suggest content and tools to educate the public on home-care, elderly care, first aid at home and etc
To focus on market penetration strategy for T20, M40, expatriates in Malaysia

iii) Corporates

To come out on solution / recommendation on higher closing rate for sponsors in NENO Outreach page in NENO Websites, for the benefit of beneficiaries.
To identify corporates with needs for CSR activities

Digital Media

Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
Assist with managing social media contents and organic marketing.

i) Social Media Channel

To work on current channel
To secure new channel with different target market / approach to engagement with Neno stakeholders
Updating, Integrating all Website & social media

ii) Trends and Issues

Capture trends of social media engagement in Malaysia health care industry
Suggest adoption and adaption of the trends in Neno, with current system in mind

iii) Previous NENO Activities

To select and paste photos onto its templates and upload in Neno SocMed.

Requirements

Requirement

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs

• Attention to detail, reliable, able to work in team and in a high demand environment

• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.

• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.

• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.

• Proven experience in a professional digital design role is an advantage.
